The District of Houston now brings you the convenience of managing your accounts online 24 hours a day!
You can view billing and payment information for any of the services listed on the right and make payments using a credit card directly through this portal.
To use the Online Services, you will need your Access/PIN Number which is printed on your bill or statement. You can also obtain your Access/PIN Number by calling the District office at 250-845-2238.
Upon successful login, you will be given access to the Online Services applicable to your account.
